I’m interested in eventually working abroad or traveling internationally frequently. I recently graduated with a Bachelors of Science in business administration with a focus technology and operations management and an emphasis in supply chain. Most of my experience is in operations management. I currently work as an outbound operations manager for a fortune 50 company. In my current role I travel throughout the United States occasionally; however, I would really like the opportunity to work abroad or travel internationally. This currently isn’t possible in my role, and would also be very difficult at my current company.
What types of companies should I work for? If you have any specific examples or have worked in a similar role, I would love to hear your experience!
What certifications/degrees/experience should I seek in order to reach my goal? I am currently looking at the CPIM/CSCP and possibly an MBA.
I appreciate any advice or comments. Thank you!
