I have been looking for a supply chain role for ages now, and finally received an interview from a fortune 500 company which I am super excited about. The role is for a jr./assis. Demand Planner position and I will be meeting four demand planners and an HR person as part of the in-person interview. The role states that 0-1 years of experience is required and even the HR told me I’m not expected to know everything. She told me the interview would go for 2 hrs and I’ve never had this long of an interview before and not sure what to expect. What are the do’s and don’t’s I should be doing at this interview that will create the best impression of me and show my eagerness to join the company? What types of questions should I ask a demand planner? Thank you so much!
