I am debating on a career and specialization in (am a Math and Business double major in university) and I decided to out a specialized class. Honestly, the prof has really cool real life examples he tells in class, but the assignments are real annoying. I7;m noticing that pretty much everything done in class is focused on forecasting demand, inventory management and costs related to delivery, holding ordering..etc. We are given with all the formulas preset and we alter it to solve the required questions and then we do report write up on the findings. I am noticing the same pattern for each assignment. So now, I feel stuck with what I should do and whether I should base my opinion on a career in SCM as this experience. It sucks because it was down to a career in accounting vs SCM and gah…. just feel super lost with what to do with my career now since these are super differnt areas…
